Systematic EHS audits, artificial intelligence, employee training and preventive maintenance are helping Homa Appliances strengthen safety, production stability and industrial reliability across its refrigerator and freezer manufacturing network.
Homa Appliances is advancing a systematic approach to manufacturing safety across its global production operations, connecting Environmental, Health and Safety management, AI-enabled risk detection, employee awareness and preventive equipment maintenance.
The company’s manufacturing network includes nine refrigerator plants and two freezer plants, with the Homa Thailand Production Hub progressively coming into operation.
In 2025, Homa carried out more than 370 safety inspections. Across its manufacturing sites, more than 500 occupational health and safety training sessions are delivered annually, representing over 146,000 employee participations.
AI-enabled visual recognition systems are also being introduced in selected production areas to identify potentially unsafe situations—including missing safety helmets, open flames, unauthorised access and smoking in restricted zones—and support faster intervention by on-site safety teams.
This integrated approach reflects a wider principle behind Homa’s investment in artificial intelligence, robotics and digital manufacturing: technology creates meaningful industrial value when it supports people, strengthens process control and improves manufacturing consistency.
For international brands, retailers and private-label operators, systematic safety management is therefore more than an internal responsibility. It contributes directly to production continuity, dependable quality and confidence in a long-term global OEM and ODM refrigeration partner.
