That’s why we created the HOMA EUROPE Culture & Growth Training Programme, a strategic learning journey designed to develop the leaders of tomorrow. This programme was inspired by our CEO Michael Yao, and it’s been designed and led with vision by Federico Rebaudo, General Manager of Homa Europe.

From Milano to the World.
Delivered at our HOMA Studio in Milano, with the support of our international strategic partners (Studio Volpi, Up Design, DGI and Logic Comunication among the others ), this programme brings together commercial talents from our IBC – International Business Centres. These teams represent Homa across the globe. They’re not just salespeople—they’re relationship builders, the bridge between the company and our global audience. They are the human interface between Homa and the world.
