As announced on Nov 17, 2019, the 49% share of Homa Appliances Co. will be sold to our top management team.
On Feb 13, 2020, our mother company Homa Holding Co. confirmed the official agreement on this transaction has been signed.
It’s a strong signal that the top management team of Homa Appliances Co. have strong confidence on the bright future of our global cooling business.
The transaction is subject to final approval by the next shareholder’s meeting of Homa Holding Co. on March 2nd, according to the requirement of China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC).
After this transaction, Homa Appliances will maintain its global leadership through innovation, quality and design and naturally continue manufacturing competitive appliances, which will meet the ever more demanding expectations of our customers.
